The item was all it was advertised to be and fully satisfactory. I would however suggest that the company have a direct contact telephone link as I had a problem with another item and found it frustrating not being able to sort the matter out (I owed you £4.00!) without recourse to emails and answering machines etc and it all seemed long winded to achieve a result for a simple matter. The matter was resolved eventually and your staff were very helpful as usual! Thankyou for the service.
