I have quite small ears and always use the smaller of the three options with headphones. The hook over your ear comes in one size only and the speaker is very large. As such it becomes painful to wear after more than 5 minutes and then just slips off.
Sound quality, battery life and connection to my phone are all great.
Unfortunately I've thrown the packaging away so can't return it.
Overall a great product for someone with large ears.

Doesn't work on 2 of the 3 phones I have. one of which (work phone) it was intended for... works on 1 of my HTC's but not on the other. Doesn't work on my Sony either. I guess when they said "works on most" bluetooth devices they actually meant works on randomly selected devices. Not happy.
